This duo-kit includes a ceramic scented candle and a refill candle. Both handmade in Norway.
The candles are made and designed by Lowrí in Oslo and the ceramic container are made by the norwegian ceramicist: Helene Jørgensen.
The idea behind the design of this duo kit is that the customer only needs to buy the ceramic container itself once, and then buy a refill of the scented candle when the main candle is burnt out.
In this way, the customer can explore several fragrances without the full expense of a whole new ceramic candle and reduse waste.
The first kit the costumer buys includes the first refill, in the same fragrance as the main ceramic candle.
PRODUCT INFO
FORMULA
The candle is made in a matt off-white ceramic inspired by sand, stone and nature. Together with soy candle wax. The main ceramic candle contains 14oz/400g of soy wax and will have a burning time of around 60 hours. All Lowrí fragrances will be in the same design and color.
HANDMADE
Our products are made by hand, small imperfections / differences in scent and color can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to refund this within 14 days of receipt. The item must be undamaged and returned in the same condition as you received it and must be returned within the original packaging. Bring and Helt Hjem delivers with the times range from 1-5 days throughout Norway. DHL can deliver your order within 24-48 hours if you order before 13:00 the same day. (Not on the weekends)
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for collection by our transport partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number. When your order is out for delivery or turned into your closest pickup point, you will be notified by the transporter.
